Accommodation

There are five cottages each differing in size, layout and furnishings arranged around a traditional Scottish farm courtyard. They were originally old barns and byres and have been rehabilitated over a ten year period to a high standard. All are south facing, well insulated and warm throughout the year with full gas fired central heating.

The cottages and the business are inspected annually by Visit Scotland and have always received a four star grading for quality. The Green Business Tourism Scheme inspects biannually and to this date East Lochhead has consistently received Gold status. We believe these awards to be an accurate reflection of the environmental management efforts made on a daily basis.

Here are photos of Lucy feeding the chickens and Isla on the Cycle Track with Tully. We have our own entrance onto Sustrans Route 7 track which is hard surfaced and wonderful for both cycling and walking dogs. The village of Lochwinnoch is only 20 mins walk on the track where you can find.
